Is the world changing or people are changing?

Monday...Yeah..Today's Monday already. Time really passed by like nobody's business! And throughout the year, so many things happened, whether good or bad.

I'm listening to John Mayer's Waiting on the World to Change. I keep on thinking about that. Really. Does the world change or people? Do people wait for the world to change? The world keeps on spinning and does it really changes? Or the people change the world?

My personal point of view is that people changes this world. Would you take a walk with me? Let's take a look at Iraq. Why there's still war in the new millenium, new era? What happened to the people? Aren't we supposed to have civic consciousness by now? As we all know that war damages in all aspects. So, what now? I think people has drifted away from humanity...I don't think they still talk about humanity nowadays. Are we even civilised? This war has been on and on for so long and yet there's no solutions to it? I always opine that human should stand hand in hand together and bring peace to the world - of course to make this earth a better place to be! Aint we should be doing this?

Right, that's about the war. Let's talk about recycling. Yeah....we talk about recycling here but I don't think that we are taking it seriously. I guess, something needs to be done here. Maybe people don't really know the importance of recycling. Shouldn't the government or anyone educate the people about recycling if we really love our environment. We should awake and do something about this in order to protect our environment. This is the place where we live. Shouldn't we make it a comfortable place for ourselves? What'd you think?

These are just a few things that I could think of....there're more things that nowadays people couldn't be bothered....I don't know what happened to people nowadays. Shouldn't we be more civilised?
